About Ethan
When he wasn’t busy writing songs, much of Ethan’s childhood was spent drawing cars and devising creative marketing campaigns for his own imaginary car brands. It’s quite fitting that his life path would be immersed in automobiles, content creation, marketing strategy, and storytelling.
In 2001, Ethan’s marketing and content creation career took off when he joined music instrument manufacturer Line 6, overseeing creative direction and content development for their marketing and branding initiatives. In 2010 he was sought out by Strymon to lead their content development and marketing team, where his imaginative and inspiring work was instrumental in growing revenue and market influence.
Not one to rest, Ethan endeavored to bridge the gap between his content creation skills and his passion for memorable automotive experiences. He started a production company in 2017 with the goal of creating several unique and captivating short films every month, leading him to develop his online car and travel show Hello Road. As writer, producer, and host, he has grown the show to 7 million views and 37 million minutes watched in just a few years.
Ethan resides in Los Angeles with his family and an unnecessarily large fleet of needy vehicles. When he’s not busy making videos and attempting to fix broken hoopties, he can be found recording music in his studio or lying awake at night searching for obscure ’80s cars on craigslist.
